The Argent Branch can generate a call log of all incoming and outgoing calls which can be analysed and used for management reports, monitoring marketing campaigns and monitoring users using standard Microsoft products such as Excel. However, Data Explorer can analyse large amounts of call log data in seconds, rather than the minutes and hours needed by standard spreadsheet and database applications, making it possible to query several years of data for comparisons and trends.
